However, with the right kind of imagery the doctors can see well into the breast and make it so they have the best picture of what is going on in the breast.

But the main idea is that the way this is accomplished is very painful to most of the women. They actually have to smash the breast inside the machine to get the best picture they can. This is where the pain is coming about and it tends to make a lot of the women who have it done feel uncomfortable.

However, you should be aware that there is nothing about the entire process that will cause any kind of lasting pain. In all truth the process is over and done with in a very short period of time.

You will be glad that you did have these tests done because of the fact that if they find cancer during one of them then you are going to have a much better chance of living through the process.

One particular form of cancer is known to lead to death over the course of just a few months once it has been inside the body for a certain period of time. So it is best that you take advantage of the fact that you are going to have the tests and that you could survive without a lot of pain.
